Each of us has an important role to play in ensuring that every customer’s experience with us and our products is as pleasant and streamlined as possible.

Our machine operators do not require any trade qualifications BUT they must be confident enough to operate various fabrication equipment used in the manufacturing of our fence panels, gates and small components. They turn our bulk raw materials into job lots prior to our welders assembling and welding them. They are the first step in ensuring that our raw material is of the high quality we expect from our suppliers. They are hands on people who enjoy working in a shed and doing an honest days work. They are fit and healthy and able to lift and move steel and aluminium fence panels and be on their feet all day. They have strong organisation skills and a team focussed attitude. Our work environment is friendly, safe, clean and we aim to attract new team mates that will strengthen these assets. On the job training can be supplied. A forklift licence would be seen as an advantage but not essential.

Our welders do not require any trade qualifications BUT experience with mig welding as well as various other fabrication equipment used in the manufacturing of our fence panels, gates and small components will be required. They are fit and healthy and able to lift and move steel and aluminium fence panels and be on their feet all day. They have strong organisation skills and a team focussed attitude. Our work environment is friendly, safe, clean and we aim to attract new team mates that will strengthen these assets. Some on the job training can be supplied.

Our powder coating team work together to collate and prepare our fence panels, gates and small components before powder coating. They are fit, strong and healthy as frequent lifting, hanging and moving of our steel and aluminium fence panels will be required. They have strong organisation skills and a team focussed attitude as working together will be required. Our work environment is friendly, safe, clean and we aim to attract new team mates that will strengthen these assets. Some on the job training can be supplied.

Our Dispatch team lovingly prepare our products for hand over to our customers. They receive the completed orders from our manufacturing and powder coating departments, ensure all materials are accounted for and do a final check of the quality of the materials. They are also the friendly faces that load our retail customers up safely and ensure that our trucks are loaded accurately and safely for their journey to our customers. They are fit, strong and healthy as they are on their feet all day and frequently lift, hang and move of our steel and aluminium fence panels. They have strong organisation skills and a team focussed attitude. Our work environment is friendly, safe, clean and we aim to attract new team mates that will strengthen these assets. Previous experience in a warehousing environment would be seen as an advantage but on the job training can also be supplied for someone with the right attitude. Forklift licence would also be an advantage.

Our distribution team are responsible for the safe and efficient delivery of our materials. They take pride in their trucks and trailers and are adept at building strong relationships with our customers and suppliers. They are practical, flexible and have a customer and business first focus. They excel at safely navigating changing traffic conditions on both regional and metropolitan roads and treat other road users with respect at all times. A clean driving record, current forklift and medium rigid truck licences and a zero blood alcohol reading during all working hours are all requirements. A positive and proactive attitude is a must!

Our Sales and Admin superstars are the face of our business. They guide our retail customers through material and colour selections based on their unique site requirements, they prepare quotes, liase directly with our resellers and distributors, provide administrative support for our distribution and dispatch teams AND keep all the never ending paperwork sorted and organised! You will be a confident multi tasker who communicates clearly and has an eye for the small details! Strong organisation skills and a team focussed attitude will be required. Our work environment is friendly, safe, clean and we aim to attract new team mates that will strengthen these assets. On the job training can be supplied.

Our team leaders know how to get the best out of their teams. They are super organised with the ability to use their human resources to achieve an efficient production facility. They ensure adequate stocks are kept to avoid hold ups to production. They liase frequently with the managing director and sales team to ensure production targets can be met. They supervise their team to ensure safe work practices are followed and quality expectations are upheld.  They are flexible and adaptable with the confidence and ability to guide their team along the path of continual improvement.  Previous experience managing a team in a busy production environment would be seen as an advantage but on the job training can also be supplied for someone with the right attitude. A forklift licence would be an advantage.
